Phoenix Club Christmas Lunch

Entertaining the Phoenix Group

On Tuesday some of our school choir visited Wood End Working Men’s Club to sing carols for the annual Christmas lunch of the Phoenix Group. The Phoenix group is a support group for people who have dementia and their carers. It supports many local residents and their families and friends. Each year we like to take some children to sing at their lunch. There is always a warm welcome and the people at the lunch love to listen to the music and sometimes join in with the carols. The children did a brilliant job at entertaining the group.

Well done to our super singers!
