On Monday, our Health Champions led an assembly to launch Children's Mental Health Week in school. They talked about the importance of making connections and the different ways we connect with others. This can be as simple as giving someone a smile or checking if someone is ok.
During the week we have talked about our mental health and created a whole school paper chain to signify our connections with each other. At Wood End Primary we know the importance of having a network of adults to support us when we get our Early Warning Signs. Our children are always encouraged to reach out to someone if they ever have a problem.
