Be Bright Be Seen

Be Bright, Be Seen

Our Junior Road Safety officers have set a competition to the children in school linked to thinking about being seen as the evening get darker. This follows their assembly where they created their own powerpoint to deliver safety messages to the children in school. They spoke confidently and even included a role play about children who got into danger because they did wear their reflective coats. You still have until Monday to complete and hand in your entry for the competition.

Key Stage 1 - Colour the clothes on Warwick the Bear so he can be easily seen on a gloomy day

Key Stage 2 - Design an outfit that could be worn on a dark night.

All entries need to be handed into my office by Monday so the Road Safety Officers can choose their winners. They are ready to give out tokens and reflective keyrings.

It is always great to see our student leaders making a difference when it comes to spreading safety messages in school.

Well done to our Junior Road Safety Officers!
